RC-2 Exploring the Optimal Balance Between In-House E-commerce and Platforms
When you see the name of this session, I'm sure there are many EC managers who think, “Exactly! I've been struggling with this for a long time.
However, if you are attending this session looking for “answers,” we may not be able to meet your expectations.
It is the convenience of EC operators to seek the “optimal balance” in EC operations, and when you consider the optimization of the customer experience from the customer's perspective, the response to changes in technology, the competitive environment including real storefronts, and channel strategies, there is (as you may have already guessed) more than one answer. There is no single answer.
However, we feel that we can provide some powerful hints for those in charge of e-commerce to consider on their own.
This time, we have gathered professionals from various fields of EC who can offer suggestions from a variety of perspectives on a theme that has no “answer. We aim to provide you with a source of courage that you will need to promote your EC business. Please look forward to it.
